Refund policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return under the following conditions:
- The item is returned within 7 days of delivery
- The product is unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original packaging, protective materials, manuals, and accessories are included
- Proof of purchase is provided
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been used, installed, or damaged after delivery
- Items without original packaging or with missing components
- Customized or personalized products (if applicable)
- Clearance or final sale items
3. Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged:
- Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue
Upon verification, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:
- Replacement of the item, or
- Repair, or
- Full refund
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost returns
6. Exchanges
We currently only offer exchanges for:
- Defective items
- Incorrect items shipped
All exchange requests are subject to product availability.
